This piece represents the joy I found in Dorset at the beginning of my journey to become a professional artist.

I was selected to compete on Sky Arts 'Landscape Artist of the year 2018' on the strength of this textile art piece, and it was featured on the programme.

A life long dream was becoming a reality.

Fabrics were chosen for their pattern, colour and tone, in an attempt to convey the textures of the landscape and the fresh summery weather
