Hazlegrove Approach Print

This piece is inspired by my daughters school. The approach road runs through grazing land, and is often blocked by obstinate cattle. The cows and the beautiful ancient trees in the rolling countryside are unforgettable to anyone who has visited.

In 2016, there was an art exhibition at the school to raise funds. An early version of this piece was the first textile art composition that I created which sold and led to further commissions. It represents the beginning of my life as a professional artist.
