Low Maintenance

I love house plants but seem to be unable to keep them alive.

This is the first in a series of pieces that celebrate house plants while they are looking their best

The title 'Low maintenance' refers to the ease with which this textile plant can be enjoyed, without any fear of it dying.

As usual I have celebrated this subject with bold patterned fabrics and colourful stitching. The graphic colour block background really enhances the light coming through the leaves
