Param the peacock

£500.00

Description

The most spectacular of creatures, peacocks are mesmerising in their beauty.
The iridescent blue and green plumage shimmering in sun light is so captivating.

This bird has been created on a grand scale to reflect it's majesty and to do the flowing tail justice.

Why name the peacock Param? - Param was a boy at my daughters school in Kenya. Five years after we left Kenya, he contacted me, asking to use my art for a project in his GCSE art portfolio.
Also, during our time in Kenya, we would occasionally visit Mount Kenya Safari Club where we would be in the company of many peacocks. So the association of peacocks, Param, and the art came from that time.
