Winchester Cathedral

This was one of my earliest commissions and I was daunted by the prospect of depicting this Cathedral. I worked at the hospital in Winchester for many years and have sat in the grounds of the cathedral many times, admiring its beauty. It was a huge challenge to draw the structure and include detail in the embroidery. The result is a joyful winter scene.
